How about getting the orders correct. Twice in a row my order was incorrect. Yesterday, I ordered a g/f bun with a hamburger w/onions, ketchup and mustard. Instead of the onions, I got the box container loaded with PICKLES. I never mentioned wanting pickles. Back in July, I ordered the same and got ONLY the g/f bun and the hamburger. Neither time were they busy. I love Culver's but for the price, there's no excuse.
Love my Culvers! They always have great kids nights that my son loves participating in. Hard to find such hardworking teens and adults but this Culvers managed to get them all!
Culver’s is always fast and fresh! They have the best crinkle cut fries of anyone out there! 😊
Best burgers around, made fresh, fries are great if you ask them to add a minute to cooking time.
Great experience. We showed up kinda late and were still met with smiles. Food was great of course.
Every time I go there I try a different sandwich and every time I love it they have good food there made fresh to order I love it
like the place and staff is nice when I stop by , unfortunately I know I have to check my order before I leave the place but its been like 3 times in the last week different hours they always forgot something on my order I called few times to talk to a manager not to complain but to get credit for the short order and never get that far they keep me on hold for long time so I give up .. other then that food and ice cream awesome as well as the employees that goes out to bring the food at the car ... :)
