I have never been treated as poorly as I was tonight at the Culvers in Warsaw. I was there with my daughters for Mother's Day and left extremely upset. Worst service ever and the situation was handled with gross incompetence on management's part and I will be following up with higher management for sure. Especially considering it was Mother's Day. Ridiculous.
