The one thing that will get me going is when you get my order WRONG. Love your food and frozen custard. French fries are NOT, repeat, NOT cheese curds. I called, left a message. I will be saying something the next time I am in the store.
I’m so pissed this is the second time I went here and they got my dang order wrong... on a mushroom Swiss burger it consist of the burger, the Swiss cheese mushroom; correct???? A couple months ago my co workers & i bought food from here & they forgot our cheese curds so I called back to ask if I could come get them or something... the owner answered the phone & apologized a million times then personally delivered them to my job. Worst milkshakes ever. THIN and poorly mixed: the insides of the cup was COVERED with chocolate syrup. Pictures will be shared in comments So bad. Apparently your staff must be blind that they cannot tell that it was a lousy-looking shake...or else the employee does not care about quality.

Hey i think its time to hire new people. Apparently the ones you have now dont know how to understand a simple order. I ordered a cheeseburger with a gluten free bun got it all the way home to realize it was a regular bun on the side not the individually wrapped one like i always get. LUCKILY i know what the buns look like but if it was my first time getting it id be sick. Im guessing you guys want bad reviews because you keep messing up.
