We have always has great service and great food here! Employees are always smiling, courteous and helpful.
called and ordered a 8 pc chicken at 7:45 pm, they say 15 to 20 minutes, show up to get it, they didnt drop enough chicken, have to wait 20 min, wth is the point of calling in? are they so inept they cannot count to 8 last trip for me guys, STOP HIRING THE HANDICAPPED,
This used to be my favorite place, but here lately I have been dissatisfied a lot, the last onion rings I got were as hard as a rock, they must have been reheated several times to have ended up like that, I would have taken them back but we didn't take the stuff out of the sack until we got home

We love Culver's and didn't think we'd ever find one we were unhappy with. The Culver's in Osage Beach was horrible. Our hamburgers tasted like they had been precooked. We spoke to the cashier about it and he assured us they weren't. However he couldn't explain why our food was delivered to us before we could get seated or why the hamburgers were cold. Smh
