Usually, I have the best service. Today, the lady that took my order spoke to fast and seem to have problems handing me my number for the order. I had to assume the number and the cup next to her was mine. So, I had to ask “Is that mine”? As if, I had some disease...or her arm was broke. She was very unfriendly...kind of disappointed! However, another lady brought my food out to me and was friendly as usual. Time was 2:09 pm, terminal 1. I just hope this place does not go down hill as their neighbors!

Worst ownership EVER!!!! We have gone to multiple Culver’s and never had a problem when we ordered our Sundae. EVERYTIME we have ordered at this one we have been given a hard time. Today it went even further by the ownership rudely scolding us for the way we ordered. I was in complete shock and disbelief. We will NEVER again be going to this Culver’s. If you are wanting to enjoy a good quality Culver’s with AMAZING customer service enjoy the one on 64th street and 29 or the one at the Legends.
Always a good experience at this Culver's.The staff always welcomes us and thanks us upon leaving.Good quality food, especially love the cheese curds.
It was okay, food came out warm but then went through DT and didn't get what ordered. Could've been a better experience.
Great food, it was our first time eating Culver's, staff was awesome and seemed to work together and all get along, they seemed very happy....fries were cooked perfectly, mushroom Swiss burger was excellent and my husband couldn't finish his burger, he was stuffed.We will definitely go back when we are up that way, clean restaurant, we had our grandaughter(9 weeks old) with us and the booth was big enough for her carrier and to feed her and rock her back to sleep...very nice place
