RecommendedAwesome custard, quick service
My family and I are from all different parts of Illinois and even some from out of state. We gather at this specific Culver’s every year for lunch because it’s half way for us all. This year being no different, we figured we would just order and take it to go and unfortunately because of COVID the dine in room was closed. I casually mentioned I have an allergy to cheese when asked if I wanted it on my burger. The crew packaged my food separately from my family’s so it wouldn’t come into contact with their massive amount of cheese, and that was the sweetest thing ever.
Gave us the wrong concrete, and then insisted it was the right one. It was completely melted as well. Instead of remaking it, they just put more pecans and cherries in it (it was a turtle concrete - no cherries are supposed to be in there). We will not be returning.
Great food, looks good and good service
Went to order ice cream and they didn’t take the order down right and couldn’t check it on screen cause it never came up. When we went to the drive up window to pay and get the ice cream when she went to hand it to us we told her it was not correct. And she pursued to argue with us. Told us we should have caught it on the screen told her it never came up And told us to deal with it and slammed the window shut. My burger was actually WAAAY overcooked!
We've traveled all 50 states and by far Culvers is the best fast food we have ever gotten. From burgers, to fish, to pot roast, to soups, and chili, plus their amazing custards..you just can't go wrong. And their service is consistently outstanding. We give it 5 stars out of four...that's right..It's THAT good.
Nice to know you have signs posted all over the place for a mask, but you have management too afraid to say anything to those who openly refuse to wear one. Not to mention, you had staff insulting a person with a food allergy.
