I just moved to the Midwest and was looking forward to trying Culver’s, as they’re not available on the East Coast. While I think the customer service was decent, I don’t understand the hype surrounding the “Butter Burger.” The patty was thin, dry, and while maybe the intention was to be “crispy,” tasted flavorless and burnt. Came at 10 pm ordered fish dinner asked for extra tarter sauce and got one and called and lady who answered said sorry and hung up 21.00 for three pieces of fish and sauggy onion rings I spend a lot of money there I’m a business owner and bring my salesman there to eat but not anymore
I'm like the butterbuger and I like frozen custard and the cashier is very nice and polite and come again soon.
A little slow. The cod filet tends to be that way. Culver's is consistently fantastic. They had a server in a booth, before the drive up for credit/ debit orders. To speed up orders.
