I was excited to eat at Culver's our first night in town as we don't have Culver's at home. We've been to numerous Culver's in our travels before but this was the first time to the DePere location. The service was awful. Our cashier seemed a little out of it and none of the workers seemed happy to be there. It took 30 minutes to receive our food. Great food
Blake helped us in the drive through and it’s been since before COVID that I’ve received such genuine customer service. I’ll drive out of my way to this Culver’s just for that going forward. THANK YOU BLAKE!
Edit: I went back a year later, and it took 30 MINUTES for us to get two scoops of the flavor of the day. I went in after 20 (we were in the drive thru) and they had to reprint the ticket, and it still took 10 minutes after that. We will not be going back to this location. As I said a year ago, just go to Little Chute. Honestly, just go to the Little Chute Culvers. The time it takes to drive there is less than you'll be waiting at this one, and you'll get better service and food.
