Delicious and great to get fresh food.
Went there today to get some dinner since it was nation cheese curd day. One thing I ended up ordering (besides cheese curds) was onion rings. In my order, I was missing them. I went inside just to let them know so I could get them. They knew right away and grabbed them for me. The lovely lady helping me out gave me not one, but TWO FREE pints of their ice cream. I would have just been happy with my onion rings! Wish I would have caught her name but I am always so happy to go there! Great service, great food!!
I eat here a lot, always great service. Today I had an issue with my check card (in the drive thru, during lunch to boot) & they were awesome enough to give me my lunch & let me come back to pay. Which I promptly did after straightening out my card issue. Genuinely kind & caring people! Thank you again for saving my day! Customer for life ;)
My husband and I just left Culver’s. Our first time at the rice lake location! Great service! Friendly staff! I went up to the counter with two pints of the frozen custard, total was $9.18. The cashier Dorothy, explained they had a deal going on 4 for 10.99. I only had a $10 bill, so I was just going to take my two I grabbed. She kindly let me grab the 4 for $10, what great service! We both appreciate your kindness! We will be back 😊
RecommendedGreat shrimp dinners. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. Don’t believe I’ve ever had a bad meal. Good basic food.
Over priced, greasy food and I dont understand why everybody thinks their ice gram is so good.
Slower service than what I expected . Pork tenderloin sandwich with grilled onions very very good
Drive thru staff was VERY educated on gluten awareness, even more so than most Culver's locations!
