Today is our anniversary & we decided to treat ourselves. I ordered the chicken-cashew salad-my favorite. It's the 2nd time I ordered a chicken & cashew salad and was disappointed to have NO cashews. Of course we are already gone home so I dont want to drive all the way back. I understand mistakes happen but seriously!!??

Culvers custard is amazing. Now...with that being said...why can't you offer plain flavored custard. I do not like to CHEW my custard. Would LOVE just MINT custard, or strawberry, or blue moon, or orange creamcycle (without all the stuff you all put in it) Just flavored custard without all the bells and whistles. Like when you make Mint Avalanche or Mint chocolate chip...offer just mint also. Can this be done? Please. I know I can't be the only one that doesn't like to chew my custard. Thank you.
To say the least my trip to this Culvers on July 9th was disappointing. It was around 8PM and i ordered a malt and told they were out of malts??? I said how can you be out of malts? she said everyone came in and ordered a malt this day. Is not that everyday? Then I ordered onion rings and the young lady once again said they were out of onion rings. What?? I at that point walked out and headed to a different Culvers where they were able to accommodate my order.
Have ignored several recent screws ups but tonight when I was told they were too busy to add a $25 gift card to my order I realized that this location doesn't want/need my money. Sounds fine to me....
