good We are usually happy with our food at Culver's. The place isn't the cleanest place in town, but it is fast food. The service is all right, usually fine as well. We will definitely go back. The location is very convenient as well.
Culvers On every occassion visiting this drive thru our ice cream orders are wrong or short. Prices are expensive- and I dont think you should not get a full order - the shakes are always 1/2 to 3/4 filled (at the most-) when I complained about the 1/2 full cup nicely to the girl at the window - on 2 seperate times - she gave me a look like she was FURIOUS I was complaining she didnt fill the ice cream even close to the top after using the blender. Great Place to Eat! Our family has been to this Culver's many times over the past several years, and we've always gotten good food and great service. We've never had a problem whether it was dining in or going to the Drive Thru. Prices are higher than most fast food places, but the better quality makes it worth the extra cost.
RecommendedI was at the Culver’s in Waukesha on Grandview this last Friday evening, it was very busy. I was immediately impressed by the amount of staff that was there ready to serve. This was a young staff, and they were attentive, professional, and proactive in reaching out to customers to see if they had been helped or needed anything. Nice to know you have signs posted all over the place for a mask, but you have management too afraid to say anything to those who openly refuse to wear one. Not to mention, you had staff insulting a person with a food allergy.
Bad customer service. I had one employee yell at me because my dog was sitting in my lap while I waited for my food. She lectured me about having a dog in my lap while in the car. Another employee harassed me relentlessly by pounding on my window when I accidentally pulled in front of another car who wasn’t really sitting in line and did not move until after I did.
