Nice to know you have signs posted all over the place for a mask, but you have management too afraid to say anything to those who openly refuse to wear one. Not to mention, you had staff insulting a person with a food allergy.
Bad customer service. I had one employee yell at me because my dog was sitting in my lap while I waited for my food. She lectured me about having a dog in my lap while in the car. Another employee harassed me relentlessly by pounding on my window when I accidentally pulled in front of another car who wasn’t really sitting in line and did not move until after I did.
