Gotta say this is the BEST Culvers I've ever been to! The place is clean and the kids are very personable. I've never had any problem with our orders. We will not go to any other Culvers as they did not have the quality of service and food as the Culvers on Sunset in Waukesha. Keep up the great job!
Just got two double scoop dishes. Very skimpy servings. Looks like they were put in a single scoop dish. And the chocolate eclair flavor of the day hardly had any ingredients mixed in.
Always kind and considerate service. Never had a problem ever. Been going there steady since this store opened.
Never had a problem with you guys. I do have to thank you guys for a day of vommiting and missing a day of work tho. Hope in the future you guys are good as usual. Granted it might be awhile before I am brave enough to risk another day sick.
I've never had a bad experience at this or any Culver's before tonight. Few strikes. Single patty when I asked for a double mushroom and Swiss, soggy fries and ice in my root beer. I asked for extra crispy fries and isn't it customary for Culver's to not put ice in their root beer. I would have turned right around but after working a 12 hour day today I was really looking forward to a good burger.
While enjoying lunch, one of the staff members cleaning nearby table overheard my husband and I asking our son how his Bday was going so far...so he ran to get us chips for free ice cream. Great service and food was delicious and fresh. Big fan of this place:)
I'm highly disappointed that I just watched the cleaning lady today wipe down the counters, tables,booths and then proceeded to wash the ketchup spout with the same filthy dirty rag ...SMH
Services fucking sucked my whole order was wrong and to top it off I order a burger and I only had a top bun. But all you fast food people want 15 an hour do ur job right!!!!!
