I went in last night and ordered an ice cream cone with sprinkles, and two scoop vanilla custard with butterscotch and brownie pieces. What I got was unacceptable. The ice cream cone was dripping and melting everywhere and so was the two scoop vanilla custard. What’s most shocking is that the employees actually think this is ok and hand them out like that. Question for the employees, would YOU be pleased receiving melted ice cream that you paid for? This isn’t the first time it’s happened either.
It’s about 50/50 if they get your order correct. Especially bad at supper time when the young kids are working
I ate at Culver's today, had the mushroom & swiss combo. The burger was a disappointment. To me it seemed like they popped it into a steamer drawer like other fast food places are doing. Not the very delicious Culver's sandwich that I was used to. Not at all!
RecommendedWe love Culver’s! It’s the one place the whole family can agree on. Their Curds and custard are better than anywhere else! Great place for teens to work as well.
RecommendedThey have the best Buffalo chicken tenders. I just wish their sweet potato fries were a permanent menu item.
Super greasy food was subpar
It was mushy and their “home made” tartar sauce is too spicy. Kids hamburger meals are great tho.
