A couple of months ago I ordered a pot roast dinner and the portion size was ridiculous. There was hardly any beef. Called to complain and I was told that next time I came in I would receive a free meal and to just mention my name. I came in to claim my meal they have no record of it so of course they would not comp the meal they once offered. I would not recommend this Culver's as the service is terrible especially since there are so many other options in the area that do cater to their customers.
Awesome service, super friendly and very accommodating! Love the OC Culver's!
Disappointed that they do not offer chicken dinners anymore.
