RecommendedMy friend and I went to Culver’s today for lunch. When we got there, there were 6 cars waiting at the drive through. While we were deciding what to do, a young man by the name of Ty came out of the store and took our order. He was very polite and took care of us right away. We appreciated the fact that he came out and that his customer service was AWESOME! Thank you for helping us get through the line quickly so we could get back to work. Had a GREAT experience.
We went through the drive through, ordered and I paid with my debit card. We waited several minutes for our food and then had to flag down an employee to inquire about the whereabouts of our order. After a few more minutes the assistant manager came out and said we needed to pay again because the card reader didn’t charge my card. We questioned this and she told us that if we were over charged we could contact the store at a later date and ask for the manager. Ordered the basic Butterburgers July 13 for lunch and the buns on our burgers were not right. They didn't even look like Culver's buns. It was the worst burger I've ever had at Culver's. The buns literally melted to mush. Sucks when you pay a premium for good food. Too bad the drive through was so long we couldn't complain in person.
The culver’s in Black River falls just produced the Best butter Burgers my sister and I have had. Good job and keep up the good work.
Great tasting food, good price
Best fish I've ever had, my grandma Nonnie's lakeside perch notwithstanding. I mean it was really, really good!!!!
I had the cod dinner and the fish was so tender it literally melted in my mouth, no chewing needed. On the downside: the broccoli was not hot but also not overcooked. Highly recommended !
