Out of sweet tea and was told " We're not making more ". SMH. I thought the customer is first.
Burned food and waited over 20 minutes..... I wish I could say it was the first time but its almost become every time I go there something is messed up in some way shape or form.
Terrible. I waited over 20 minutes for ice cream in the drive thru!!! I also watched them serve 6 guests that came after me before me. I had to walk into the store to find out they weren’t even working on my order.
Management doesnt even care when foods crap. Last time i try again for a long time!!! Who puts a melt on rye bread??????? Dumb!!!!!
Great place. Great food, especially their soups- Good and always served hot. Wonderful place to take little ones too.
The receipt doesn't even reflect what we ordered. What i said into the speaker... double bacon deluxe basket with fries & mt dew. Order of onion rings. Double bacon burger basket with pepsi no ice. Waited the usual 10+ minutes... Drove away while checking bag. No onion rings. Cheese curds instead of fries in one basket and idk what sandwich i got but it looked like � vomit. And paid $18.23!!!
