RecommendedAlways great service and the best food. We have been going there since it opened and rarely do they get anything we order wrong. Very clean restaurant. Thank you Culvers for going above the rest!
Food Nd music was great... customer service was off the chain! They even made sure I had my hot sauce😂😂😂
Ordered a chocolate custard with extra almonds and chocolate sauce, I got probably a single teaspoon of almonds for an up charge of 1.50. I could buy a bag of almonds for that. Zero value. Before this I would have considered myself a loyal customer and now I’m shaken.
I'll give it 3 stars. The young person who initially waited on us asked, "Can I help you..." After I told him what I wanted, he said, "What?" He wasn't even listening to me but was in a conversation with another employee so I had to repeat the order. Then he had trouble counting back the change. Seating was crowded with the tables and chairs so close to each other I had to apologize to another family so I could pull out the chair to sit down.
