got Culver's custard. wasn't as creamy as it used to be and they said they dont sell by quart only pint which cost enough

I am sitting outside as I type this. 30mins ago i placed my order in the drive thru, still no food!!!! i ordered 2 of their fish dinner specials. 3 people behind me got food orders yet here I sit. when I finally got my order after waiting 31 mins in the DRIVE THRU. i poliety asked if something happen & was told the guy BEHIND me ordered 8 BURGER baskets. I use to love this place. until recently when they started giving the wrong order. pay for a chicken sandwich and you get a chicken tender or pay for a fish sandwich and get a small piece of fish. no bun? no lettuce? and cold and stale onion rings on top of it. 10 dollar meal and it's barely edible.
Good food for a reasonable price
the custard was like licking sandpaper, you could see the grit in it! bathrooms dirty and didnt get food that was paid for, to go. will definitely be a while before I go back. (Marinette, WI 12-30-18)
I could literally see through my hamburger patty. see picture. they offered to replace it, I gave them the benefit of the doubt.. but the 2nd wasn't much better. I'll never order another burger from culver's. very disappointed.
Good service. eating area very clean .
it would be nice if the cashier actually greeted you. she did not say hello, or can I help you? she just started at me. so I assumed I was supposed to tell her why I was there. very unprofessional. I do enjoy the food.
