I always have a good experience at Culver's and yesterday when for some reason, my daughter's debit card was not working, the manager picked up the tab out of the kindness of his heart, even I after I volunteered to pay for it. He's a stand up guy and provided excellent customer service! Thank you!
Good food, good service. My favorite is the shrimp. The true blue crew always meets and greets with a smile. Top notch fast food.
Everytime i go I always get my stuff fresh and hot. i never had any problems with them.
Every time I've gone in the last couple months something has been wrong. Ordered a mixer, the young man running the drive thru couldn't understand my boyfriend when he ordered and must have just guessed (never confirmed- "did you say ---?") . My boyfriend said kitkat but we got cheesecake, which sound nothing alike. Ordered a burger, specifically said ketchup, pickles and without cheese. Got home and it had cheese on it. Went there Jan 23rd. The hamburger was not fresh made. In was wrapped up so long the bun was soggy. Two shakes and two burgers for over 14 bucks. Not good.
Last 2 times i have been there they have messed up my order. Forgot stuff the first time and this time the sandwiches were thrown together sloppy. So done with place
