Guess who just bought a turtle sundae that had NO pecan nuts on it. Also the chocolate and caramel sauce was 1/2 what it used to be. That’s it Sturgeon Bay Culver’s. We’re breaking up with you
Just came through the drive thru to order food and Holly was the one who helped us. I was kind of a pain in the butt when it came to asking for ice cream but she was beyond patient and still very very nice. Thanks for the great service and the amazing food! Keep putting that cheese sauce on the chili cheese fries please!
I hate to complain but I had hubby stop and get me a mushroom and swiss and there was NOTHING on it...so disappointed!
Stopped and ate there tonight and it was terrible. My chicken sandwich was cold and my sons burger was so raw inside it was bloody. Complained to staff and they said they will tell manager. Never going back there again.
I was not offered a Veterans discount as I'm offered in The Green Bay restaurants!!!
Disgusting food. Quality has really slipped. And not happy with employee who thought laughing at an unhappy customer was the way to go. Very disappointing.
