Had a rueben here. Literally fell apart when I took it out of the package. Meat was super soggy and the bread was super wet and it was horrible. I thought Culver’s had better standards than this.
Unfortunately, this is NOT an isolated incident. Every time I order the sourdough, this is the quality. BURNT. I go through the drive through or dine-in because I’m in a hurry and need to eat on the go, or eat and run out quick. Complaining to a manager and having to wait for non-burnt food isn’t an option when in a hurry. So disappointed because burnt bread ruins the entire burger and experience. Cooks need training or food expo needs to watch more closely.
They regularly forget part of our order.
What an awesome staff that waited on our MHB youth football team tonight after our game in Stoughton. You guys rocked it and made us feel welcome. Very friendly and clean restaurant. Thank You!!!!!
I’m sorry to do this, but I have worked at Culvers quite a long time ago and I understand it’s busy and hot in the summer. But this is the 3rd time now I have ordered a concrete mixed because they are my favorite, and it is completely melted. This third time I just had to throw it away. Not wasting my money anymore. Pure milk.
Culver’s in Stoughton is by far the worst customer service ever. I lIve in STOUGHTON and I will NEVER go back to this location. You should be ashamed of yourselves MG
Best burger place there is and typically cheaper than McDonald’s. Unbelievable!!! Only complaint is that I can never read my receipts because it seems their printers are perpetually almost out of ink. Very frustrating when you pay with debit and need to enter the amount in the checkbook, but can’t read it.
I went to culver's drive thru too. Ordered double deluxe cheeseburger basket, and a single deluxe burger with fries. Waiting and wondering why others that were 3 and 4 cars behind me were served and gone. I found out when I got home, all burgers burnt and hard!! Cold fries. Not acceptable!! We will not be going back there again. Our last visit my burger was the size of a quarter my husband took it to the counter they said that is normal size!! 2 strikes done!!
