Turtle Sundae was the flavor of the day.We ordered a three scoop turtle sundae. We received 3 scoops of flavor of the day, not what we wanted. Took it back to counter told person who appeared to be a manager or maybe an assistant. He was behind the counter and had a file of papers in his hand. He gave us 3 cherries and a small cup of nuts and said counter person should have explained better? We wanted a turtle sundae which is quite different from flavor of the day. Gregory makes the trip worth it! One of the kindest people I have ever met.
We visit this Culver's at least once a week. Saddened to hear that they will be discontinuing their Fried Chicken. Will be visiting the East Town and DeForest franchises more frequently as a result. (Assuming they don't axe fried chicken sales themselves...)

Very rude! I stopped at the drive thru on my way home after a long shift at work. I wanted chocolate custard with cookie dough but when I pulled up to the drive thru @ 10:56pm and wait a minute or two and employee says sorry we closed at 11.. Well according to my clock it wasn't 11 yet and the sign was lit up! I said to them it's not 11 yet I just want a dish of ice cream, the response I get, were closed.
