My double burger plain with a gluten free bun was a waste of money! They took a burger, cut it in half, and tried to pass it off as a double! Nice try, Culver’s! Check your doubles.
Been waiting 30 min for our food, I went and asked and the very rude lady told me it's the busiest day of the year. ummm then you should have doubled up on your employees as the cashiers just stood there and started at me. They could be helping. got my food 45 min later. unacceptable!! Do better Culvers!
Tired of getting awful food from a restaurant that started in Wisconsin. one of our burgers tonight was burned to a crisp and looked like it had been tossed in the floor a few times. another $30 waisted.
This is the 2nd time i have been to this culvers and I dont know who the young girl is working the window but NEVER have a i had such attitude in her voice and cold and rude behavior from anyone working at other culvers. No please no thank you, just slam the change in my hand and shut the window....really!? i will not come to your Culvers again. i will drive out of my way to avoiding being served by her.

My 2 year old son and I stopped at Culver’s in Chippewa falls this afternoon for a quick lunch during our errands— if you’ve ever done solo meal time with a kid before you know it can be challenging. Cheryl, one of the workers was AMAZING! She got a high chair for my son and came back to visit throughout our visit! She even brought him a treat for eating his meal and being so well behaved!
