I really like the service l I Plus the food is ok
Just went into Culvers tonight in WI Dells. Placed my order of a mini concrete and a smoothie. I could tell the girl was new because when I said ‘smoothie’ and ‘mini’ for my concrete she looked so confused. If she was that new, they need a trainer with her. She also charged me $1 extra for the fruits in the smoothie when they’re supposed to be free with the smoothie.
We went about 15 minutes before closing. Paid for concretes. Only to be given soup ice cream. They should have just told us they had no ice cream to give us instead of giving us soup for ice cream. Seriously use your brains.

The last couple times we have been here the staff has acted as though it was a total inconvenience to do their job. The first time we went to a manager and he took care of it. We were just there again today at 1:45 in the drive thru and the girl taking our order was beyond rude and clearly didn’t want to be there. As locals we aren’t impressed.
the person at the drive up window was nice but the got the order wrong they didn't even give us straws or napkins n the girl who brought the food out practically threw the bag in the window n walked away... first time there probably my last
We eat lunch there about 3 times a week. Great service always and great food. Best culvers around.
