Good lunch with three kids after going to Children’s Museum
Well it was ok but they did not get my wife order wrong completely went back up to tell them that they forgot my wife’s oinon rings they were going to charge me for them again and they wanted me bring the fries back up and they forgot the Bacon on the burger everything else was right though poor Sirvice though won’t be going back any time soon
Last two times we went through the drive through, it took 15 minutes just to place our order. Each vehicle had to wait several minutes just to place their order, then several minutes at the window just to be waited on. Seems the drive thru employee is responsible for far too many tasks. I have seen customers walk away very unhappy. Tonight the employees were too busy visiting with their friends who stopped in to take care of customers. Many customers were waiting for for too long.
I had a unforgettable experience that will have me never come back. The level of incompetence was appalling. Long story short they couldn’t get my order right I left without my money I called the corporate office culvers in Mankato set me a refund receipt and I never received any type of an apology. I will never return.
Super slow! 10 mins in drive through and still no burger!
I've never had an issue while at Culvers. Sometimes the service can be just a bit slow, but I'm normally there during busy hours, so I understand. The food tastes great. I cannot wait to go back.
Don't every substitute your order here past five times they have messed up
I think culver's is great 90% of the time i go there! the food is always good and so are the strawberry shakes. its one of my go-to places to take my 1 1/2yr old for dinner.
