I got to your restaurant at 8:10 pm on 06-18. There was 1 person who ordered in front of me. I ordered 2 concrete mixers. Apparently, the 6 employees standing around forgot to make my order. When I asked about it after standing there for 15 minutes, the same guy who took my order acted like he had no clue what I ordered. It took an additional 5-10 minutes to get my order after that. We have been going to this location for years. The service has been exceptional the past few months with the team of ladies they have! They are hard working and friendly! The food is fresh no matter what time of the day or what flow of customers they have. Just the other day we visited as one bus load was leaving and another was pulling in. The team of ladies were busy and still provided excellent customer service all around, even taking the time to greet us. The bread was toasted too much. Smelled burned. Fries were excellent and service was very good
MOSTLY LOVE THE CUSTARD BUT THE BURGERS & FRIES ARE GREAT TOO..ESPECIALLY WHEN I ASK FOR THE FRIES TO BE A BIT CRISPY..THEY ALWAYS MAKE THEM THE WAY I LIKE... WHEN I FIRST DISCOVERED THE CUSTARD SPECIALS MY HUBBY & I WOULD SOMETIMES GO THERE TWICE A DAY FOR THE GREAT FLAVORS!!!
Urg! :30 minutes later and still no chicken!!! So frustrating especially when I called ahead and was told then it would take :15-:20 (To boot, I'm currently the only car still waiting at the drive thru)
Just stopped in to grab a quick burger. Went inside because the drive thru was so busy. I have never seen it so busy! Inside and out! It was not the quick grab 'n go I had hoped for. However, they handled it so well. Nobody got mad at anyone even though I'm pretty sure they had new staff working. Well done North Mankato Culver's! I'm impressed.
Good food, service has improved. Great Place to eat!
