This Franchise is very poorly managed. I have never had a carry-out order without errors with the order. The owners did not follow-up when i contacted them. After contacting corporate three times they did not follow through. The food is generally good. But i do not want to support a business that does not treat their customers right. Culver's is experiencing significant growth. Now i hope they focus on quality and customer care.
On February 21st I was served burnt onion rings. I did the survery that was mentioned at the top of the slip on the 22nd and complained. I should have taken them back but nobody came around to ask if everything was okay and the lines were long and I was tired. I didn't hear anything back so a week later I filed a form on the Culver's website with the complaint as I feel I should be given a coupon for a free order of onion rings as the burndt order should not have been served. Great job Culver's Winona! Waited for a little longer than expected but I am not one to complain. Because it was longer we got our money back for our cheese curds. It wasn't necessary but it was a great example of good service and they made it right.
