We just stopped at your Culvers after a 7 hour trip and we were so excited to get some dinner. Got our bag and drove home and when we got home we got all the wrong items. Ordered a roast beef sandwich and got a girl cheese sandwich. Disappointing

This is not what they look like in the picture. Did someone sit on our burgers before bringing them out? And they screwed up my wife’s order.

I was just at this Culver's location and wanted to give kudos to the drive-thru employee. I had tried to pay with my card at the window, and it didn't work. I've had tons of issues with my bank, so I was a little frustrated. After leaving, talking with my bank, and coming back, your Culver's employee remembered the order and already had it ready and waiting for me at the window!! Every time I go to this location I have great customer service. Thank you!!
