Just got home with my "brownie batter overload" flavor of the day. Ummm...one tiny thing....there was no brownie batter in it!!!! Super frustrating. How can the flavor of the day get messed up???!!! Ridiculous. Unfortunately, this is not the first time that has happened at this location. Ugh.
Let's see. When we get what we order we enjoy it. The problem is that literally (no exaggeration) 1 of every 2 times we order here they screw it up. After waiting in the line 10-15 mins it's a real joy to arrive home to find parts of the order missing, or an incorrect order. We already have multiple free mea coupons around here due to prior mistakes. Tonight when I called the manager it was the same lame, useless drivel and offering another coupon. Our very good friends mom passed away a couple days back. We called in to ask if it was possible to reserve tables for about 20 during dinner rush knowing most likely they would not do it (as many restaurants wouldnt). Both the manager and owner spoke to my wife and were so gracious and happy to hold the tables. Culvers was her favorite place to eat and this was just one more reason for it. Thanks Culvers for blessing her memory and being there for her family!!!
So disappointed, stopped for dinner yesterday and we had to clean our own table. The chicken tenders were soaked in grease. I had to use about about a dozen napkins to absorb the grease. and had to throw half of them away. Custard cup had a chuck of caramel and nuts that you couldn't break apart to eat, had to balance on a spoon to bite. We have been going to this Culver's location for years. What has happened to this location? We will not be eating here for a long time.
FIX THE PARKING LOT FOR GODS SAKE!!!!!!!!
My boys and I love this Culvers. Its where my late father would bring the boys when he would watch them. They always tell me about how he taught them how to dip their french fries in their chocolate shakes.
