customer in front of me was returning her shake ( she found hair in it ) .. she was being very polite and the manager was being very rude and unprofessional. WOW - don't know how this girl is the manager.
The sandwich I received here came with a cold, hard bun. I asked, cordially, for a new sandwich as I was really excited to get that perfect Culver's burger bite. The second sandwich came out with a bun that was equally bad, if not worse than the first. I asked to simply have the sandwich portion of my bill removed, as I had not taken a bite yet. Just watched an employee pick something (lid) off the floor and put it back with the clean items. Ketchup dispensers are disgusting with dried on ketchup. Dirty floors and walls. No one is taking care of the over flowing trash.

One of the worst Culver’s I have ever been to. Terrible service, got a hair in my food and was not offered anything to compensate for this terrible experience.
RecommendedI like Culver’s a lot, but I tried to get a concrete mixer at 8:50 on Nov 26th( closing time 9) and they had shut off their machine. VERY DISAPPOINTED! If you are open until 9. YOU ARE OPEN UNTIL 9!
