Today was the busiest I’ve ever seen. Every table was taken. Great service, awesome manager!
4/9/18 sat in the drive thru for 35 minutes for a cheeseburger and fries. No explanation, nothing done but a “sorry” after I said we’d been waiting for 30 minutes
I was in this store tonight around 8pm. They were very, very busy and I went into the store because the drive thru was so backed up. I have to say there crew in there tonight was amazing!! They were all working so hard at everything to the kid running the food to the cashier who had a smile on her face. This crew was amazing and you guys did great work! Thank you!
Loved my burger and fries. They really need to have some in Louisiana so I can enjoy it all the time. Can't forget the mint oreo custard, it was out of this world.
We love Culvers but the drive through experience is less than par. After a long wait, my order was brought out to me. By this time the mixer I had been given at the window was melting. The burger, upon arriving home to eat, was cold. It required heating to eat. When given my order, an apology was extended for the delayed wait and I was told there was a coupon in the bag. Too bad, the extra mile was not done to re-make and deliver a hot sand which rather than delivering a sub-par cold sand which.
As far as fast food goes, best burgers hands down.
I thought the customer service was great! And our food was good and filling
