RecommendedWe had a bad start with our order but after chatting with the manager Mike he remade it and it turned out fabulous!!!!! We will definitely be returning again!!!! Delicious food and shakes too!! Thank you Mike!!!
I don't own a car and went on a bike ride with my three kids and because of the pandemic we had the kids wait at a table while we were on our bikes in the drive-thru. they gave me their phone number and said that I have to call to do an order and I asked them if they could bring it outside and was completely ignored. my kids and I were hungry because it's humid out and we decided to go on a bike ride but because of Culver's lack of care and service, we will not be dining here again. very rude staff and very discouraging that... read more
The food is always good, & fresh & there are a lot of options
Terrible service at the window. Got the wrong order. Overcharged me. Girl at the window walked away as I was trying to let her know. Very rude. Night manager all but accused me of trying to scam the cost of a sundae. Argued with me. Asked me why I didn’t come in. We chose the drive-up because I was in my pajamas due to recovering from hospitalization. We’ve been loyal customers there since they opened. The service, food and attitude has gone down hill. Dairy Queen is across the street. Guess it’s time to switch.
Ordered 2 fish dinner for my Birthday and there was no breaking on them and the fish was dried out and hard . I have never seen any restaurant serve anything so horrible .

The 3 of us ladies have been going to Culver's for several years now. We all love it. My husband and I go too. We go to the one in Elk River or Anoka or Champlin. Pat Hilyar
