My burger was so burned today it was not edible.... I asked for a replacement burger and was rudely given a refund instead, an inaccurate refund. Manager’s Bethany & Tim were rude and have no concept of customer service.... so I guess unless you are willing to eat a burnt burger don’t be a customer, they don’t want your business. Restaurant location is Interchange Dr, Louisville, Ky.

Food is good and the service was a bit slow.
The last time I had culvers the concrete mixer was runny like a shake. Salad was terrible. Cucumbers were bad.
Other than the dining room area not swept, tables where we were seemed clean. Family friendly atmosphere. Food was really good. Would recommend.
I love the cod fish! And the young lady who took my order, Brinia, was awesome!
Wish we had one in Roanoke, VA!
