Went here for lunch today. They were providing free meals to first responders and emergency workers for this “time” we are going through. The employees were so sweet and appreciative. I hate I did not get their names. But thank you all during this time as well!

Drove all the way home and realized I was missing part of my order. I Called and spoke to the shift leader hoping to get a resolution that was convenient for me. I just wanted a refund for the missing items I paid for. He raised his voice at me and when I told him I didn’t think he’d handled the call very well and he said very loud & dramatically “WOWW OKAY” If one of my employees had spoke to a dissatisfied customer of my this way, I would be appalled.
