decided to go to culverts today went to the drive-thru which there was only maybe two cars in the in the Drive-Thru. 45 minutes later still didn't have any food ask the manager why and he just said other people have different orders we had two cheeseburger combos. don't think I'll be going back there anymore
Sat in the “drive thru” for twenty minutes waiting on my order while people behind me received theirs first. Won’t be back.
Poor service. Our food was delivered to the wrong table because the cashier didn’t give us a number. Then they got the food back and brought the same tray to us. Also, the cashier didn’t know how to key in a mint milkshake. He was not trained enough to be working a cash register by himself.
