In all the years I’ve been a customer I’ve always been more than satisfied with Culver’s! And more so now after the way they handled the first mistake they’ve ever made on my order! I got home after getting food through the drive thru and got home and part of my order was missing even tho I paid for it. I didn’t feel like driving back to get it so I called and a nice woman answered the phone and was very apologetic for the mistake and stated she would mail me a free chicken sandwich voucher. Good Food at a great price
First , The lady taking our order, was sweet, friendly, full of energy, and respectable. The gentleman bringing our food was timely, nice and very sweet. Our food was hot, well seasoned and delicious. The burgers were real meat, the "garden" on it was fresh, crispy. Our fries were cooked thoroughly. and they stayed hot all the way through the meal.
