I went with my family to your culvers because I heard they had Gluten free food. I asked the waiter if they had a gluten free menu. His response was yes. That was it just yes. What do you have that is gluten free. He did not know. so I asked for a hamburger with no bun. He wanted to know if I wanted fries with that. So I asked it they were fried with the breaded items, he did not know. I was so disappointed. I paid for a sandwich I got a small hamburger patty no tomato lettuce just a patty. Usually has been good. But have had hair in my grilled chicken sandwich last 2 times I have been there. All they can do is replace the sandwich and act like it I put it there. Definitely poor customer service there.
Very bad lunch experience today! After waiting 15 minutes in the dining area for my food (and watching at least 6 cars get there food and drive off from the drive through) I went and asked how much longer and to change my order TO Go since I was now going to be late for an appointment. It was a total mess...half my order was done and cold and sitting waiting on a tray. They took another 5 minutes trying to bag it all up.
