I am posting the review after being disgusted by the food we were served today, we have 2 side by side burgers for comparison the one burger looked like it had been under a heat lamp all day cheese was orange and hard and crusty, and yellowish colored on the bun side (not mustard) we called and complained only to get told to drive back and get a new one (20 minutes as we are from over an hr away), or they would send me a couple coupons for $2 Off my next meal. We always have had great food at Culver's and great service from the friendly staff. It was such fun to eat outside on a day in Feb. my great granddaughter thought it was great having a " picnic" at her favorite place to eat and dip her fries in ketchup.

Mike quit being such a tight ass and teach your employees that a Wisconsin swiss melt comes with fried onions so if you want to add ketchup mustard and pickle to it and keep the fried onions it's not the fucking works and it's not works-O it's ketchup mustard and pickle on a fucking Wisconsin when you hit no fucking onions they leave it out of the meat and when you get the works there is twice the damn onion than supposed to be..... like for real 5 of your employees have been here 8+ years and can't get it fucking right
