RecommendedThere was a problem with my order getting to the kitchen from drive through.. employee who brings out food noticed I was still there & checked on it.. a manager came out & explained the problem instead of just sending the poor guy out.. & we got free custard!! They handled the whole thing very well!

Usually this Culver’s is excellent. Today my tenderloin was dry,over cooked and myHusbands chicken wasn’t good either. Very disappointed. Service was good. No lemon for the tea,no packets of mustard,etc. had to wait in line for one from behind the. Counter. Gave us senior discount on only one of us. We love the fish here and Thought the other choices would be good. They weren’t
Tonight I had the worst customer service I have experienced. The young female at the window with brownish red hair and pink glasses seriously rolled her eyes at me when I asked her to put each basket in a separate bag then proceeds to shake her head while she is complaining to her coworkers of my request. Probably a good thing she asked someone else to deliver the food to the window. We will not be back!!
Someone forgot to turn the grill on Saturday morning so I had to wait 15 minutes for my burger and my dad's food, they gave me a free coupon for a value meal, tried to use it tonight to order a cheddar bacon no bacon at all!!!
