I loved Culvers until today. It has been one of my absolute favorite locations to eat at. Having celiac I can get a gluten free bun on my burger and a side salad. Today there was a cricket in my salad! I get it, it happens. But for the owners to offer me a free custard and free meal voucher is inexcusable. They acted like it was no big deal that there was a bug in my food! My money should have been refunded immediately. I will never eat here again, free meal or not.

One of my favorite fast food places! The food tastes fresh, and is always served piping hot. The staff is very friendly and attentive: the few times they’ve made mistakes with my order, they’ve gone above and beyond to correct it.
The food is ALWAYS excellent. The burgers are delicious, full of flavor, the restaurant is clean, and the service is friendly and welcoming. While the calories are high, I don't eat at Culvers to stay on my diet. I eat at Culver's because I want an awesome burger and fries. I can't wait for them to get one in Topeka!
Man I had the best burger in a long time from your restaurant. I had to savor it for a while. My belly thanks you..
