Apparently when you order a peanut butter cup concrete with extra peanut butter cups, that translates to vanilla custard with a 3/4 chunk of peanut butter cup with flakes of chocolate dust. � We stopped coming to Culver's because of this a few months ago and decided to try again. Will continue to go to Betty Rae's or Andy's where you actually get what you order.
I only had ice cream both times I have gone there. Was good, but too many choices for an elderly person like myself :-)

Typically good, fresh food and friendly service. Sadly when I came home tonight to dig into my large cheese curds, I was annoyed to find onion rings instead �. Store was already closed (not that I wanted to drive back to fix their mistake).
Went at an off time, staff was friendly. Bathrooms were super clean! Food was hot and delicious! �
The culver's in Mission Ks. Was great when it opened up. Great Customer service, good food etc... Last three times we visited all that had changed. poor service, food quality poor etc.... Filled out the survey off receipt and the Manager called me the next day. say's he will give this to the owner's and make this right. Still haven't seen or heard a thing since. I guess they don't like returning customers complaining. They must not care if a family spends $35 or more at each visit.
I went there one day and a girl named Veronica treated me like crap, talking about me to other Co workers. I don't think I'll come here after seeing her customer service.
