I went through the drive through tonight for a chance to treat myself, and had a completely wonderful experience. The voice over the intercom was pleasant and even introduced himself by name, Chris. The young woman who took my payment was friendly, pleasant to speak with and and could carry on small talk. When my food was brought to my car, the young gentleman thanked me for coming to Culver's that day. I love Culver's, I grew up in WI, so it's almost required. My first time at Culver's and I was so disappointed! I had heard good things about the fish so I ordered the fish sandwich. One small piece of fish and hardly any tarter sauce on a good sized bun, for more than 8$ was so not worth it:( sadly disappointed!!
The staff is always super friendly and on top of it--they're not your average fast food staff. Plus they have good food, including awesome cheese curds!
It has great food and custard. The employee are great.
