If you ever need a realtor in Tri-cities area I definitely recommend Eric Culverhouse. He was seriously the best realtor you could ever have. A couple of examples are: he would drive up to our house everyday to feed the koi in the pond when we had a 16 day closing delay....paid for lawn service & repainting out of his pocket so the house would be perfect when we arrived, drove us around to 27 houses and made up little packets for my kids so they could follow along with each & add notes...etc. He was truly committed to us & a... read more
