I ordered the Sourdough Melt and Onion Rings. Poor choice I guess. Too much grease. The onion rings were mostly batter. I will try something else next time.
I used to love Culver's at least twice a week. Lately 3 out of 4 orders are wrong. I received a hamburger that was so burnt and small . Looked as though some one had bitten out pieces. Gross. I am not recommending them any more. Too bad. Used to be excellent food
Had a very nice experience while having dinner with my friends at the Addison Culver's, West Lake St. on August 9t . Rylan the cashier was very pleasant and helpful when he took my payment for 2 pints of ice cream. He helped me with the expiration dates in a very nice way. All of the employees working there today were great. My friends have a monthly date with this Culvers and have been coming here for years. Thank You, A satisfied customer.
On 4/24/22 had to wait in over 10 minutes to order. Finally another register opened but order taker was surly and got the order wrong. Paid for a double burger paddy while I ordered a single paddy. Got the food very fast but both burger orders were cold, not even warm. Fries were warm and tasty as usual. Had to wait almost 10 minutes for custard order to arrive after ordering. We have been dining their for many years and this experience was by far the worst. Won't go there any more. T. O.

My family has eaten lots of meals at Culvers and they are always piping hot & fresh!! I appreciate the way they handled things during the pandemic ~ enjoyed Culvers many times during those months. I especially want to commend one young lady, Natasha, who works at the drive thru window. She is a ray of sunshine each and every time we see her. Swore I'd never go back after a crap experience a year ago, but wife had coupon. After waiting 30 minutes to get fish sandwich and a burger and after wife complained once at how long we were waiting, I went up and told them to make our order to go since it was taking so long. 10 minutes later we get food and drive home starving. My fish was burnt to a crisp. This place is mis-managed, kids work there and not trained properly. Don't waste your time.
From personal experience there is one manager that is very rude
Love that they have different flavors in frozen custard. Yummy- Happy family!!
