I experienced very poor customer service from the young lady working the drive-thru. She had red hair and braces and behaved unprofessionally throughout the interaction. Her shirt was unbuttoned, and she spoke in a rude, slang tone. When I asked for the name of her manager, she refused to provide it and responded with, ‘I don’t know,’ and, ‘Why does it matter? I have so many managers, I don’t know.’ I then asked for the general manager’s name, and she again said she didn’t know before closing the window on me.
