Just dont like the food there
Worst Culver’s experience in Georgia. This was by far the coldest food I’ve ever been served, and one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. The staff members involved were Kevin, Caleb, and another employee whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch. I ordered regular fries but was given onion rings instead. I’ve really grown to love Culver’s, and this location has been great every time I’ve been here. I’ve visited a few times now and haven’t had a single issue. The food is always fresh, the cheeseburgers are consistently good, and the ice cream never disappoints. The staff is always friendly and respectful, which makes the experience even better. I’ll definitely keep coming back.
