horrible! customer service was bad, the girl gave me my food threw it on the table and when i said thank you she gave me a dirty look, told the manager. he was very nice about it. otherwise food was great
i’ve always enjoyed culvers but this time i wanted a kids cheeseburger meal and a added patty for my dog, they wouldn’t let me do it and made me pay for a whole new burger. when they rang in a double burger on the screen to add a patty was 2.30, but they wanted to charge me 5 dollars for a burger plain with no bun, please tell me how this makes any sense. really frustrating as i don’t know why they couldn’t just charge me a custom amount of 2.30 and put a note on it, as that’s how much it should be. i get the system didn’t a... read more
