They were wonderful! Great food, great service, and really good with kids. Definitely recommend!
My wife and I always stop at culvers when we go to the mt vernon area. The food is always hot and correct (even if it wasn't I'm sure it would be a hassle free correction if brought to their attention), staff is always polite, and its always clean. Haven't had a bad experience yet
Easily one of the worst Culver’s locations I’ve visited. We placed an order with specific instructions, and they ignored every single one of them. When we brought the mistake to their attention, the staff was completely unhelpful and actually forced us to pay for the reorder instead of fixing their error. I’ve had similar issues at other locations lately, but the lack of customer service here was especially disappointing. Save your money and go elsewhere
