I have to write another review in regards to this Culvers....I ordered a fish dinner and items were wrong on order so I phoned the manager and was told a coupon would be mailed to me....I received it and tried to use the coupon mailed to me and the owner Mr.Ken said can't honor that and that no employee wrote it to me but the very different pen was same as Manager signature. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by multiple staff members, which immediately set a positive tone. It’s clear that customer service is a priority here! This Culver’s is spotless, and what really stood out was the efficiency—there was absolutely no waiting time and they came to the table to clean up the tray and ask if everything was okay. Thank you for this amazing experience.

I got a Walleye Fish Sandwich, and got food poisoning. Was sick for almost 2 days. Fish wasn't cooked all the way in the middle. And had massive oil dripping off of it. And my Fries were dark brown and overly salted.
