Ordered a scoop of turtle custard. Got what was basically a half cup of vanilla with 3 pieces of shaved chocolate & 4 tiny pieces of pecans! No caramel or chocolate sauce! Not turtle!! Almost $4 for a small amount basically vanilla custard.

I won’t be returning to this location. Once again, my order was completely incorrect. My six-year-old was given spicy chicken nuggets instead of the regular ones we ordered, which she can't eat. We were also missing an extra order of fries and several sauces. It’s incredibly frustrating to get home and realize I’ve essentially thrown money down the drain

个 Culver's Went in this morning for my lunch break and what I got was a horrible experience. A MAN employee or manager was yelling at what seemed to be another WOMAN employee. He then proceeded to the bathroom and hit the door, slammed the door, not sure but it was very loud. That's not very professional. I wouldn't stand or tolerate that kind of behavior from an manager if I was his employee. Uncalled for and will be telling all my friends and family never to come to this location again.

It’s a shame, I have lived in the area for 3-4 years and this Culver’s has declined in recent months. Last 3-4 times I’ve been there they forget an item in the drive thru. Tonight it was the double butter burger… bag came out with two sides. Food is always good but man this place can do better.
